ACT helps you make room for difficult thoughts and feelings rather than fighting to push them away. It's exploring your values and finding ways to move toward those, even with life discomforts. This work can look like learning to unhook from harsh self-talk, getting curious about your inner experience, and taking small, values-aligned steps that feel authentic to who you are.
Explores the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and how shifting one can often affect the others. We'll gently examine the patterns and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, and help build practical tools you can carry into your daily life. This work often involves noticing unhelpful thinking habits, experimenting with new perspectives, and developing strategies that help you feel more grounded and in control.
Internal Family Systems–informed, Parts work is built on the idea that we all hold many different "parts" in us. (the inner critic, the protector, the part that feels small or scared) and that beneath them all is a calm, compassionate core Self. Rather than trying to silence or fix these parts, we get curious about them and the roles they've taken on, often to keep you safe.
Somatic therapy honours the wisdom of your body and nervous system, recognizing that healing isn't only a thinking process but one that is deeply felt. So much of what we carry lives beneath words, held in sensation, tension, and within our breath.
Birth asks so much of the body and the nervous system. Preparing for can feel more than overwhelming. These sessions offer a calm, centring space to meet whatever you're carrying as you move toward birth: the excitement, the uncertainty, the fear, the anticipation.
Grief isn't something to get over. It's something we learn to carry, and it lives along side us.
Your breath is one of the most direct ways to speak to your nervous system.
In these sessions, we'll work with gentle, guided breathing practices designed to help you settle, regulate, and come back into your body, while adding to your tool kit.
Sometimes the mind needs a soft place to land. These guided meditations are an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself amid the noise of everyday life. Together we'll explore practices that quiet the inner chatter, ease the body. Each session is shaped around what you need that day - grounding, rest, clarity, or simply permission to be still.
Not everything calls for ongoing therapy.
Sometimes you just need focused support for what's right in front of you.
These shorter sessions are designed for acute, in-the-moment concerns: a difficult decision, a stressful situation, a feeling you want to make sense of before it grows heavier.
The loss of an animal companion is a profound grief that the world doesn't always make room for. Whether you're anticipating a goodbye, sitting in the rawness of a recent loss, or carrying a grief others have told you to "get over," you have space here.
Support for the profound identity transformation of becoming a mother.
A space to make meaning of a birth that was traumatic, disappointing, or simply a lot.
